Programs
The Advocacy Program
In a situation in which a baal teshuvah needs help namigating some element of the Torah observant world (i.e. the school system, helping their children through the dating/engagement/wedding process, etc.), either one of our staff members or volunteers will step up to the plate, advise, and intervene when necessary.
The Chaver (Surrogate Family/Mentor) Program
The Chaver (Friendship) Program is all about friends being there for friends. The Chaver Program pairs relative newcomers to Torah observance with people well established in their Torah observance. The chavairim (friends) are there to lean on through thick and thin. By partnering those relatively new to observant Judaism with supportive and nurturing friends, we help baalei teshuvah become thriving and distinguished members of the Torah observant community.
The Advocacy Hotline
Our Advocacy Program helps Baalei Teshuvah and Geirim who are facing a variety of challenges ranging from crisis in emunah, to family conflicts, to issues placing their children in the right schools, to career and educational issues.
